Several people have been asking us what recipe we use when we roast our pumpkin seeds each year. Well, I came across this recipe years ago in an old cookbook and it is our tried and true favorite "go-to" recipe year after year. 2 c. seeds, washed/dried 1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. salt Pour in a thin baking sheet and bake at 250 for two hours or until golden brown. Yummy!
