Mom, Jess, and I started our annual Girl's Day Out last year. Each Saturday before Mother's Day we go out together. We start with a pedicure. Throw in loads of shopping. And of course a yummy lunch. 
This year we made our appointment for the Saturday before Mother's Day. We pulled into the parking lot of Stanley Harris...and they were CLOSED. We were SO upset! We called and let them know how disappointed we were, as we look forward to this Girl's Day Out all year long with each other.
Evidentally, they always close for "Tulip Time" festival...and someone didn't catch our appointment in the book. Sooooo...To make a long story short...the manager called my mom and gave us NOT ONLY FREE pedicures...but also FREE MANICURES as well!
Now that's service!
