Several people have been asking us what recipe we use when we roast our pumpkin seeds each year. Well, I came across this recipe years ago in an old cookbook and it is our tried and true favorite "go-to" recipe year after year.2 c. seeds, washed/dried1 1/2 tbsp. butter, melted1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce1 tsp. saltPour in a thin baking sheet and bake at 250 for two hours or until golden brown.
Yummy!
Yum. We haven't carved ours yet, but I'm going to roast our seeds with this recipe. It sounds delicious!
