Pico de Gallo & Guacamole

Over the past year, we have found several Mexican dip recipes that we love. Several friends have asked me to share these recipes. So...here they are!
Pico de Gallo

4 c. seeded/chopped tomatoes
3/4 c. finely chopped white onion, rinsed & drained
2 Knorr Garlic Mini Cubes, crumbled
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 to 2 serrano chilies, seeded & finely chopped

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate about 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Garnish w/ cilantro sprigs and serve w/ tortilla chips.

Guacamole Dip

3 to 4 avacados (ripe), diced
1 small onion, diced
1 to 2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
cayenne pepper to taste

Mix lightly and refrigerate. Serve w/ corn chips.
