I've actually STUCK to my exercise routine this time! I started the first full week of January and I'm STILL doing good! I lost all the "holiday weight" I gained (four pounds)...PLUS one more! Woohoo! Five pounds total! My goal is to exercise five days a week. I'd still like to take off another 5-10 pounds. But if it doesn't happen right away...I've made peace with that. As long as my jeans are fitting better, which they are, I feel happy. And just knowing I'm doing something healthy and getting my heart rate up is good too. I don't want to fall into that "sedantary" lifestyle again!
